Q. How long does it take for a typical order?

 A. Standard production time is about 10 business days.  Every order is unique.  We produce on a FIFO system.  (First In First       Out).  Rush orders are available for a fee.

 

Q. What is screen printing?

 A. Screen Printing is the process of pressing ink through a screen onto T-shirts, sweat shirts and more.

 

Q. What can I expect from the order process?

 A. It all starts with a phone call to a live person.  Tell us about your project and we will email you the best garment options           for you.  Send us your artwork.  If you need help developing artwork our art department can assist you.  We then send             you a proof for approval.  Once payment is arranged we produce and ship your order.  If you are in our area we are happy       to deliver your order to you.  Friendly service is our priority.  

 

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

 A. Screen printing minimum is 24 pieces and embroidery minimum is 7 pieces.

 

Q. How do I send my artwork?

 A. Embellishers work with vector programs like Illustrator.  If your artwork is just an idea send us what you have and we will           recreate it into vector format.  You may email us JPEG, TIF, PSD, AI and PDF.

 

Q. What payment options do you accept?

 A. We accept checks and major credit cards.  Please call us to make preferred payment arrangements. (727) 344-9279.

 

Q. How do you ship orders?

 A. Every order is unique.  We typically ship via UPS.  In some cases Fedex or USPS.  Our goal is to provide you excellent               service while saving you money.  

 

Q. Do you accept returns?

 A. Embellishment like screen printing and embroidery are custom items and are not returnable.  We go through great                 length to provide proofs for approval and quality production.  Garment damage or defect can be happily refunded.

 

Q. Do you collect sales tax?

 A. We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Florida.

Q. What is digitizing?

 A. Digitizing is the one time setup associated with producing embroidered garments.  In this skilled process the file used to       create computerized embroidery is made.  It is a detailed set of instructions for the embroidery machine to execute an           array of stitches stops and changes.
